Top 10 pairings

Nonfat (fat-free) yogurt is plain yogurt cultured from skimmed milk, so almost all of the milk fat has been removed before fermentation. It is the leanest style of yogurt — thinner and looser in body than whole-milk yogurt, with a brighter, sharper lactic tang and none of the round, buttery creaminess that milk fat provides. Per spoonful it carries essentially the same protein and calcium as ordinary yogurt for roughly a third fewer calories and virtually no fat.
