Eden Valley

Eden Valley is Australia's benchmark home for Viognier: a bright-gold, aromatic white grown high in the cool granite hills above the Barossa. It keeps the grape's flamboyant apricot, ginger and orange-blossom perfume and plush, glycerol-rich texture, but the region's altitude and cold nights lend a fresher line of acidity than its warm Northern Rhône homeland, so the wine reads as opulent yet lifted rather than heavy.
