Colli di Luni

Colli di Luni Vermentino is the taut, saline benchmark of Vermentino from the hills straddling the border of eastern Liguria and northern Tuscany, on the coast around the ancient Roman city of Luni. Grown on sun-warmed, sea-facing slopes above the Magra valley, it is a dry, medium-bodied white of lemon and grapefruit, green Mediterranean herbs and bitter almond, finished with a pronounced sea-salt minerality — one of Italy's classic seafood whites.
