Rueda

Rueda is the benchmark home of Verdejo: a crisp, herbaceous Castilian dry white grown on the high, wind-swept plains of the Duero basin. Built on stony, gravelly soils at 700–800 metres altitude, it couples grapefruit, lime and green apple with a green, fennel-and-grass lift and the grape's signature bitter-almond twist over fresh, mouth-watering acidity.
