Cigales Rosado

Cigales Rosado is the historic pink face of Tempranillo: a dry, pale salmon-to-onion-skin rosé from the cool, high Duero plateau just north of Valladolid, traditionally drawn off Tempranillo (often co-fermented with a little white grape) after only brief skin contact. It trades the leather, tobacco and oak of red Tempranillo for brisk acidity, fresh strawberry and raspberry fruit and a crisp, savoury, gently spiced finish.
