Hunter Valley

Hunter Valley Sémillon is one of the wine world's true originals: an unoaked, bone-dry white picked early at low sugar, so it starts almost water-white, lean and low in alcohol — around 10 to 11.5 percent — with searing lemon, cut-grass and steely acidity. Made in Australia's oldest fine-wine region, it is built to age, transforming over ten to twenty years into a deep, toasty, honeyed wine of lanolin and dried citrus that is unlike anything else in white wine.
