Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is the cool, high-altitude South Australian face of the grape: a vivid, bone-dry white grown in the elevated ranges just east of Adelaide, where cold nights and a long, slow ripening season give it bright, zesty acidity and pure aromatics of passion fruit, gooseberry and lime. It sits stylistically between the herbaceous restraint of the Loire and the tropical exuberance of Marlborough — fresh and intense, but with a fine, elegant line.
