Eden Valley

Eden Valley Riesling is the floral, high-country face of Australian Riesling: a bone-dry white from the cool, elevated hills above the Barossa in South Australia, grown on ancient weathered rock, that pairs intense lime and lemon zest and steely acidity with a delicate blossom lift. Alongside its lime-drenched Clare Valley neighbour it is one of the two benchmarks for dry Australian Riesling, and it ages superbly to toast, lime marmalade and honey.
