Red Burgundy

Red Burgundy is the world's benchmark Pinot Noir: a pale, translucent, light-to-medium-bodied red from the limestone slopes of the Côte d'Or in eastern France that tastes of pure red cherry and raspberry lifted by high acidity, fine tannin and an unmistakable earthy, forest-floor savouriness. It is the wine against which finesse and transparency of place are measured.
