Willamette Valley Pinot Gris is Oregon's signature white and its own middle path for the grape: fuller and rounder than pale Italian Pinot Grigio yet fresher and less oily than golden Alsace Pinot Gris. Grown in a cool, rainy maritime valley south of Portland, it is a fruit-forward, medium-bodied, typically dry white of ripe pear, melon, apple and citrus, with a soft, rounded texture and refreshing acidity.
