Goulburn Valley Marsanne

Goulburn Valley Marsanne is Australia's benchmark expression of the Rhone white grape, made in a warm inland corner of central Victoria where some of the oldest Marsanne vines on earth still grow. Typically unoaked and fermented in stainless steel, it is a full-bodied, low-acid, waxy white of honeysuckle, pear and lemon in youth that famously transforms — over five, ten or twenty years in bottle — into a honeyed, toasty, marmalade-rich marvel.
