Sicilia Fiano

Sicilia Fiano is the warm-island expression of Campania's great white grape: a dry, textured Sicilian white that trades the cool, honeyed restraint of Fiano di Avellino for a riper, sunnier fruit of yellow peach, apricot and ripe citrus. Grown across the hot, sun-drenched Mediterranean south of Italy, it keeps Fiano's nutty, faintly smoky signature and mineral finish while showing more flesh, more tropical ripeness and a rounder, gently saline body.
