Provence Rosé

Provence rosé is the world's benchmark pink wine: a bone-dry, whisper-pale rosé from the sun-baked hills of south-eastern France, where Cinsault, with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, is pressed and briefly rested on its skins to draw only the faintest blush of colour. The result trades the sweet, deep-hued rosé of cheaper regions for a delicate, crisp, saline wine of strawberry, white peach and citrus, built for the Mediterranean table.
