Colchagua Valley (Chilean Carménère)

Colchagua Carménère is the ripest, plushest expression of Chile's flagship red: grown in a warm, sun-drenched valley in the heart of the Central Valley, it pushes the late-ripening Bordeaux grape to full maturity, giving a generous, velvety wine of juicy black plum and blackberry framed by the variety's signature green-peppercorn and bell-pepper spice and soft, supple tannin.
