Soy milk

Soy milk (also soya milk or soybean milk) is a plant-based drink produced by soaking and grinding soybeans (Glycine max), boiling the slurry, and straining out the solids. Mild, creamy and off-white, it is drunk on its own, used as a dairy-milk substitute, and made into tofu and other foods.
