The giant tiger prawn (Penaeus monodon) is the largest of the commonly farmed shrimp — a striped, grey-to-greenish crustacean named for the dark transverse bands ringing its shell. Firm, sweet and mineral, with a meaty snap that holds up to the grill, it was the species that built Asian shrimp aquaculture before the smaller whiteleg shrimp overtook it.
These cues are Shrimp's, and hold across its varieties; where this one differs, its own page says so.
