Rollinia (Rollinia deliciosa, now often placed as Annona mucosa) — also widely called biribá — is a soft custard-apple of the Amazon whose creamy white pulp tastes uncannily of lemon-meringue pie. A member of the soursop family, its rounded, heart-shaped fruit is studded with fleshy conical knobs and ripens to a soft, bruise-prone yellow, earning it the nickname "lemon-meringue fruit."
