Micro radish is the microgreen of the radish (Raphanus sativus) — radish seedlings cut at roughly 1–2 weeks old, when the plant is only a few centimetres tall with its pair of heart-shaped seed leaves on a slim, often pink-to-magenta stem. Tiny but startlingly pungent, it packs the clean, peppery, sinus-tingling bite of a mature radish into a single tender shoot eaten raw.
These cues are Radish's, and hold across its varieties; where this one differs, its own page says so.
