Rabarbaro Zucca is an Italian rhubarb amaro (bitter liqueur) from Milan, built around an infusion of Chinese rhubarb root. Bottled at around 16% ABV, it is dark reddish-brown, smoky and bittersweet, with a distinctive cola-like character, and has long been served as a classic aperitivo.
