Pink Lady
The Pink Lady is a frothy, pale-pink gin sour from the early twentieth century — gin and applejack sharpened with fresh lemon, sweetened and tinted rose by grenadine, and given its signature silky foam by a shaken egg white. Served up in a coupe or cocktail glass, it is tart-sweet, apple-scented and softly creamy, one of the great egg-white sours of the 1910s–1930s cocktail age.

Pomegranate
Pale rose-pink beneath a fine egg-white foam, the Pink Lady smells of bright lemon and sweet pomegranate grenadine over the dry pine of gin, with a soft orchard-apple lift from the applejack. On the palate it is tart and gently sweet at once — lemon acidity and grenadine sweetness in balance — rounded and softened by the silky, creamy texture of the emulsified egg white, with dry juniper and a faint apple depth underneath and a clean, lightly sour finish at around 20 percent alcohol in the glass.
