The donut peach — also called the Saturn, flat, paraguayo or UFO peach — is a peach squashed into a flying-saucer disc with a sunken dimple where the blossom end caves in. Pale yellow-white skin flushed with a soft red blush wraps sweet, low-acid white flesh that carries a faint almond-floral note, and because it is freestone the small stone pops out cleanly, making it one of the easiest peaches to eat out of hand.
