Francis — known in Haiti as Madame Francique or mango francique — is the island's flagship dessert mango: a slender, gently S-curved fruit with bright golden-yellow skin patterned in green, soft deep-yellow flesh and a richly sweet, spicy-floral flavour. Slightly fibrous but intensely fragrant, it is Haiti's signature mango export to North America.
