Eureka lemon
Citrus x limon 'Eureka' · Citrus
Top 10 pairings
The Eureka is the archetypal supermarket lemon — a bright, clear-yellow ovoid drawn out into a pronounced nipple at the blossom end, with a moderately thick, pitted rind and very acidic, intensely fragrant, nearly seedless juice. Everbearing rather than seasonal, it crops through much of the year, which is a large part of why it became the world standard.
