Orange blossom honey
Apis mellifera (Citrus spp. nectar) · Sweetener
Top 10 pairings
Orange blossom honey is a pale, light-amber varietal honey gathered by bees foraging citrus groves in bloom — mainly sweet orange, usually blended with the nectar of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit flowers nearby. Prized as a fragrant table honey, it is delicately sweet and light-bodied, carrying a distinctive floral-citrus perfume and a faint lift of fresh orange that sets it apart from the darker, maltier honeys.
