Hemp milk

Hemp milk is a creamy, pale beige-to-greenish plant-based drink made by blending whole or hulled hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa) with water and straining out the solids. Distinctly nutty and earthy with a naturally rich, slightly grassy taste, it is prized as one of the few plant milks that supplies a favourable balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fats, and is drunk on its own, poured over cereal, blended into smoothies and used in cooking and baking.
