Gandaria (Bouea macrophylla), also called marian plum or plum mango, is a small round tropical fruit from a mango relative native to Southeast Asia. Ripening from green through orange to deep gold, its juicy, fibrous flesh tastes like a tart-sweet cross between mango and a sour plum, and is eaten fresh, juiced or pickled green.
