Dukkah (also duqqa or dukka) is an Egyptian dry condiment of toasted nuts, seeds and spices crushed to a coarse, sandy texture. Traditionally eaten by dipping bread first into olive oil and then into the mix, it is salty, nutty, warmly spiced and intensely aromatic.
