Ethiopian Coffee

Ethiopian coffee is the bright, delicate, tea-like benchmark of the coffee world — a washed single origin, led by jasmine and citrus over sweet stone fruit, from the highland birthplace of Coffea arabica itself. Grown by smallholders from a wild jumble of native heirloom varieties, the classic southern cups (Yirgacheffe, Sidama, Guji) are the cleanest, most floral coffees on earth.
