Colombian coffee is the washed benchmark: a clean, balanced cup built on caramel sweetness, crisp red apple and a bright citrus acidity that resolves into a gentle nutty-cocoa finish. Grown on roughly half a million smallholder fincas strung along the Andes, it is fully washed, sun- and mechanically-dried, and harvested twice a year. The result is medium-bodied, approachable and endlessly drinkable.
