Pointed cabbage — sold as sweetheart, hispi or arrowhead cabbage — is the cone-shaped, pale-to-medium-green cabbage with a tapering, slightly pointed tip rather than the round ball of common green cabbage. Its leaves are looser, much more tender and noticeably sweeter and milder than a tight round head, with little of the harsh sulfurous bite, and they cook fast — which is why it is the cabbage of choice to halve and roast or char, to wilt in a quick stir-fry, or to shred raw into a delicate slaw.
These cues are Cabbage's, and hold across its varieties; where this one differs, its own page says so.
