Boursin is a soft, spreadable French cream cheese of the Gournay type, sold as a small foil-wrapped puck and best known in its Garlic & Fine Herbs flavour. Bright white, crumbly yet creamy, and heavily seasoned, it is eaten on bread and crackers and stirred into sauces, mashed potatoes and chicken.
