Amaro CioCiaro is a central-Italian amaro (bitter herbal liqueur) from Lazio, bottled at around 30% ABV. It is notably orange-forward — a warm, marmalade-like sweetness of bitter-orange peel set against gentian root and a mild, gently drying bitterness — which makes it far softer and more approachable than the intense red bitters of the north.
