Amaro Abano is a Venetian herbal amaro (bitter Italian liqueur) made by the Luxardo distillery, bottled at 30% ABV. It is defined by a warm baking-spice signature — cinnamon, cardamom and clove — laced with bitter orange over a medium, unaggressive bitterness, making it one of the more approachable and dessert-friendly amari.
